Most orders ship within 7-14 business days. If your order has not shipped yet, it is usually because:

• Your order is still in the processing queue

• There was a high-volume period (sales, holidays, Ramadan, etc.)

• An item is being restocked

• We are verifying your shipping address or payment

• Your order includes multiple items and we are packing them together
