Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions only:

Items that are damaged upon arrival

General wear and tear

Incorrect or improper use of the item

Items stolen after delivery

Orders marked as delivered by the carrier

Custom & Copyrighted Items

Our Deen Stories novel is a custom and copyrighted product.
It is returnable only if defective or damaged upon arrival.
It is not returnable for any other reason.

Sale & Discounted Items

Sale or discounted items are eligible for return only at the discounted purchase price and must meet the same defect or damage requirements.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Refund Method & Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after return approval

Refund timing does not depend on the item being received back

Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed only if the replacement item is equal or lower in value than the original purchase

Exchanges must match the original order type

Lost Packages

If the carrier confirms a package is lost in transit, a refund will be issued.
